I’ll like to start by categorically stating that Fufu and Gbegiri is the best combination and anything outside of that is second best.
Now that I’ve cleared that let’s jump to the crux of this mail.
We bought fufu at home to eat and they asked me if I could finish it and I said I couldn’t, but I’ll eat out of it. People of God I finished my fufu.
How did I do it?. I’m about to reveal to you the three fold mystery of Fufu. I divided it into THREE!😂
Lol! Stay with me.
The new year is approaching. As always there’s the need to set your goals for the year. I’m here to talk to you about setting your spiritual goals.
Your spiritual growth is a JOURNEY. Your JOURNEY. What should this journey look like? It should make you look more like Christ at every step and become in tune with your spirit man and it begins to directs all aspects of your life.
I’m going to be a bit personal lol. I wrote some things in my journal in 2020 and I want you to see the progression.
This first write up was in June 11 2020
The next journal entry was in June 14 2020
It’s funny that when I wrote this and I was not talking to anyone then😂
Growth is a process. Spiritual growth is a journey and you owe it to yourself to be intentional about it. I tell myself “Anu I’m committed to you” before anything else I’m committed to my growth and development.
Now where does the fufu mystery come in? Like my fufu you can break your goals into small bits. If you want to pray 1hr next year break it into bits.
The Bible was talking about the gospel and it said
““It is like a mustard seed, which a man took and put in his garden; and it grew and became a large tree, and the birds of the air nested in its branches.””
Luke 13:19 NKJV
WITH THE GOSPEL, YOU START SMALL BUT YOU DON’T END UP SMALL.
The best part about your growth is that it will change you in its entirety.
“It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal till it was all leavened.””
Luke 13:21 NKJV
did you notice the three😁😉
People. Of. God. Are. You. Understanding. This. Mystery. 😂😌
Back to more serious stuff. When you’re setting all the other goals for the new year. Don’t forget to set for your spiritual growth. It’s your journey. No one gets to decide how you should go about it. Measure your growth.
This newsletter is a bit long but if you forget everything don’t forget.
1. You can start small, but you don’t end up small.
2. Your growth should make you more like Christ.
3. Your journey is your own and no one gets to decide how you should go about it.
4. Set your spiritual goals. Break it down like my fufu and take the kingdoms of this world for God.
5. God is not a phase and you will serve him throughout your lifetime.
I pray that in this new year, God becomes more real and tangible to you and you experience him more than you’ve ever done before.
