If you had one choice ? God’s gifts or his fruits which would you pick?
I was watching a video recently of Ezinne Zara and her husband and she spoke about how her and her husband were on different sides of the spectrum, she operated in gifts and her husband operated In fruits (that’s not to say that they didn’t have those other things).
Now, I’ve always been the let’s focus on fruits person and I promise you that’s awesome! It actually is, but I’m realizing that it’s important not to box God.
God is multi-dimensional. He has given us access to him and we have an inheritance as his children. (Ephesians 1: 18)
The faith you had to speak in tongues is the same faith you need to heal the sick, raise the dead and even cast out demons and to do the impossible.
I was reading my Bible recently about Elisha. There was famine in Isreal and the people were unable to get food so they were actually killing each other to survive at a point. Elisha by word of knowledge said
“Elisha replied, “Listen to this message from the Lord! This is what the Lord says: By this time tomorrow in the markets of Samaria, six quarts of choice flour will cost only one piece of silver, and twelve quarts of barley grain will cost only one piece of silver.””
2 Kings 7:1 NLT

This was actually an economic issue and Elisha had a solution to it by the gifts of God in him. What this means is that, as believers the other expressions of God are important. Fruits are awesome but you can’t walk in them alone. Gifts are awesome but you can’t walk in them alone.
Imagine being able to heal the sick and you don’t have love or you’re not kind.
Your first desire must be to know God and build intimacy with him. From that desire every other thing is added unto it. The Bible says to seek and you will find.
I listened to a testimony of a student. She was a first class student and she told God that she had seen him move in her academics and she was ready to see him move even more and she literally graduated best student in her set.
Where am I going? There should be a hunger. It should tell you that there is MORE and you should experience God at any level.
“So let us stop going over the basic teachings about Christ again and again. Let us go on instead and become mature in our understanding. Surely we don’t need to start again with the fundamental importance of repenting from evil deeds and placing our faith in God.”

Desire to drink out of every fountain that God is ready to give to you.

What the purpose of this letter? TO STIR YOU UP TO DESIRE MORE OF GOD. There is more of God that you’re yet to experience and you have to tap into it! So when asked what part of God you want your answer should be “ALL”
See you at the other side of your growth!!!
